Planetarium Go! has landed in Bournemouth Square, and it's only here until Sunday 25th October 2026!

For anyone who has ever looked up at the night sky and wondered what's out there, this is a real treat. Dorset Coast Radio has got two family passes up for grabs in our Free Prize Draw, each one admitting five people.

Planetarium Go! is a touring planetarium that brings the universe to towns and cities across the UK. Step inside the 10-metre dome, settle back in your seat and watch the stars, planets and galaxies fill a 360° screen all around you.

There's a choice of films to suit different ages, taking you from a rocket launch to the outer reaches of the solar system and beyond. It's a brilliant day out for curious minds of all ages.

Our Free Prize Draw is open from Wednesday 7th October to until Thursday 15th October 2026.

The winners will be announced on air by Gary Plummer at Breakfast on Friday 16th October between 8 and 9am.

Each family pass admits five people and must include at least one child under 12. Passes must be used by Sunday 25th October 2026.

Planetarium Go! Bournemouth Family Pass Free Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

Dorset Coast Radio is the promoter of this competition.

1. How to enter
Multiple entries are not permitted. Entries will only be accepted when submitted via the official entry form on this page. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered/processed for any technical or other reason.

2. Eligibility
The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Volunteers, trustees and staff of Dorset Coast Radio and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Prize
There are two prizes. Each prize consists of one family pass admitting five people to Planetarium Go! in Bournemouth Square. Each group must include at least one child under 12. Passes must be used by Sunday 25th October 2026 and are subject to session availability. Travel and any other costs are not included. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. Winner selection & announcement
The draw opens on Wednesday 7th October 2026. Two winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received before the closing date of Thursday 15th October 2026 at 7pm. The draw will take place after the closing date and the winners will be announced on the radio on Friday 16th October at 8.30am

5. Winner contact
Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of the draw closing using the email address and phone number provided on the entry. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not provide required details, or does not accept the prize within 24 hours of first contact, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random.

6. Publicity
By entering, entrants agree that Dorset Coast Radio may announce the winners' first names on air and on our social media channels.

7. Data protection
Personal data supplied will be used to administer the competition, contact winners, and deliver the prize, in accordance with Dorset Coast Radio's privacy policy and applicable data protection law. Data may be shared with Planetarium Go! only where necessary to fulfil the prize.
